United Airlines has made a significant move in expanding its international network by resuming direct flight operations between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG). This service, which commenced on Friday, September 6th, 2024, initially operates with a frequency of four flights per week. However, United Airlines plans to increase this to daily flights starting in October, catering to the rising demand for international travel.
The route is serviced by the airline’s modern Boeing 787-9 aircraft, known for their fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. This choice of aircraft reflects United Airlines’ commitment to sustainability while providing a pleasant travel experience.
