UPSC Announces Results for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2024

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, with a total of 14,625 candidates successfully clearing the exam. The Preliminary exam was held on June 16th.

Those who have cleared the Preliminary exam will now need to apply again for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024, using the detailed application form. The dates for the Mains exam will be announced in due course on the UPSC website.

Only after clearing the Mains exam will candidates be eligible to appear for the interview, the final stage of the selection process for elite services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Foreign Service (IFS).

UPSC has established a facilitation counter near the examination hall building at its premises in Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. Candidates can obtain information or clarification about their results on all working days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM by visiting the counter in person or contacting them via telephone at 011-23385271, 011-23098543, or 011-23381125.
