Both the USA and China have secured 19 gold medals each. However, the USA has garnered more silver and bronze medals, propelling them to the top spot. Host nation France currently sits in third place with 12 gold medals.
India, unfortunately, failed to add to its medal count, which remains at three bronze medals. They are currently placed 57th in the overall standings.
