Elecom plans to release two variants of the USB4 2.0 cable in December. The standard cable promises 80 Gbps throughput and 60W of charging power, while the other variant ups the ante with an impressive 240W of charging at 48V/5A. This powerful charging capability can easily handle devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and power banks.
While currently available in Japan, the expansion of USB4 2.0 cables to other regions is anticipated in the coming months.
