Nestled on the largest of Belize’s offshore islands, Ambergris Caye, the resort boasts opulent accommodations, dreamlike amenities, and exceptional service.

As General Manager, Jenkins will oversee all operations at Victoria House Resort & Spa, including guest experiences, staff management, and strategic planning. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Jenkins brings over 12 years of hospitality industry experience to his new role. In 2012, Jenkins co-founded Sandbar Beachfront Hostel & Restaurant, an award-winning hostel in San Pedro, Belize, that hosts over 10,000 travelers annually. Jenkins sold the property in 2023 and now aims to apply his expertise at Victoria House Resort & Spa.
Jenkins earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Governance with an emphasis on International Relations and a Minor in Political Science from Arizona State University. He also holds a Certificate in International Studies from the same institution. Jenkins currently resides in San Pedro with his wife, Vanessa, and their daughter, Olive.
An active community volunteer, Jenkins has served as Vice President of the San Pedro AIDS Commission since 2017 and is a volunteer member of the San Pedro Emergency Operations Center, coordinating response efforts for various natural disasters. He looks forward to bringing this same dedication to his role at Victoria House Resort & Spa.
