One of Vietnam’s most celebrated fashion voices, the Da Nang-born designer has rapidly gained recognition for his signature creations: intricate, ethereal, and imaginative designs adorned in a dazzling palette of white, silver, and gold. These unique masterpieces have graced the likes of superstars such as Fan Bingbing and Katy Perry.
Chung Thanh Phong’s latest collection, aptly titled ‘I Dreamed a Dream,’ seamlessly fused innovation with heritage, further emphasized by its stunning location. Held at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, the event showcased Chung Thanh Phong’s atmospheric expertise, transforming the resort’s ballroom into a surrealist-inspired space adorned with gleaming crystals and a glacier-like runway. The location’s architecture, originally brought to life by renowned American architect Bill Bensley, known for his striking and larger-than-life designs, was further enhanced by director Nguyen Hieu Tam’s visionary touch. The result? A futuristic display featuring reflective aluminum, origami mastery, and seamless lighting, setting the stage for 80 haute couture pieces meticulously crafted by Chung Thanh Phong and his team of 300.
The audience, comprising 140 esteemed VIPs, witnessed a selection of the designer’s most exclusive bridal creations.
