The announcement came during Ye’s recent appearance on Justin LaBoy’s The Download podcast, confirming that the sophomore effort in the collaboration will drop on the first Wednesday of May.
Initially set for release on March 8, the album has been highly anticipated by fans since the release of Volume 1 in February. Volume 2 is particularly notable for its unique album cover, which features Ty paying tribute to his incarcerated brother, Jabreal Muhammad, also known as Big TC. Muhammad is currently serving a life sentence for a murder that both brothers maintain he did not commit.
