The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) Counselling 2024 registration and choice-filling process has officially begun today, July 10, 2024. Candidates who have successfully qualified for the WBJEE 2024 are now eligible to participate in the counselling process. This includes registering for the counselling, paying the required registration fee, and meticulously filling in their choices for desired colleges and courses.
The registration and choice-filling window will remain open until July 16, 2024. Candidates are strongly advised to carefully select and lock their preferred choices before the deadline, as no further modifications will be permitted after July 16, 2024.
The first round of seat allotment results is scheduled to be announced on July 19, 2024. Candidates who are successfully allotted seats in this round must promptly pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their assigned institutes for document verification and admission proceedings. This window will be open from July 19 to July 24, 2024.
The second round of seat allotment results will be released on July 26, 2024. Candidates who secure seats in this round must complete the payment of the seat acceptance fee and proceed to their respective institutes for admission by July 29, 2024.
For vacant seats, a Mop-Up round will be conducted. The registration and choice-filling for the Mop-Up round is scheduled from July 31 to August 1, 2024. The results for the Mop-Up round seat allotment will be declared on August 3, 2024, and candidates must finalize the admission process by August 5, 2024.
