WCD Releases Revised Answer Key for Jalsandharan Exam 2024

The Water and Conservation Department (WCD) of Maharashtra has released the revised answer key for the Jalsandharan Exam 2024. This exam was held on July 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2024, in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format. The exam aimed to fill 670 vacancies for Water Conservation Officer (Construction) and Group-B (Non-Gazetted) posts.

Candidates who appeared for the re-examination can now access the answer key online at the official WCD website: https://swcd.maharashtra.gov.in/. The answer key provides the correct responses to all questions asked in the exam, allowing candidates to estimate their performance.

The CBT consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions, with each correct answer carrying two marks. However, there was a negative marking scheme of 1/4 mark per incorrect answer.

The WCD has also provided candidates with an opportunity to raise objections to the revised answer key. This period for raising objections will remain open until August 23rd, 2024, at 11:55 pm. Candidates can challenge any discrepancies they find in the provided answers. This process is crucial to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the examination results, which will be announced after considering all raised objections.

The WCD encourages all candidates to thoroughly review the answer key and submit any objections within the stipulated time. For further details and to access the WCD Answer Key 2024, candidates can visit the official WCD website.
