The incident occurred around 10:20 a.m., sending thick black smoke billowing into the air, which was visible from miles away. Firefighters worked to extinguish the flames, and an ambulance was also spotted at the scene, although it is unclear if anyone was injured. Other vehicles were hooked up to tow trucks, but their connection to the incident remains unknown. The frontage road is not a viable detour as backups stretch to I-45 North Freeway.
