This morning, Central London witnessed an unprecedented sight as six military horses ran wild through the streets, leaving behind a trail of chaos and injuries. Originating from their station at Buckingham Palace, the horses galloped along the Strand, causing panic and disruption.
One horse collided with a black cab, while another struck the windscreen of a double-decker bus. Disturbing images circulating on social media showed some of the horses covered in blood, leading to concerns about their welfare.
A BBC reporter on the scene reported witnessing blood on the ground and the presence of an ambulance. According to the London Ambulance Service, multiple personnel and horses sustained injuries, with at least four people being hurt.
