Hailing from Winnipeg, Andrew Harris kicked off his CFL career with the B.C. Lions from 2009 to 2015, showcasing his exceptional abilities. His journey continued with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers from 2016 to 2019 and in 2021, where he played a pivotal role in securing Grey Cup victories in 2019 and 2021. Harris’s remarkable achievements were recognized with accolades such as the Top Canadian and Grey Cup MVP awards in 2019. He also holds the distinction of being the CFL’s Outstanding Canadian Player in 2017 and a five-time CFL All-Star. Harris’s impressive statistics include 10,380 career rushing yards, 51 rushing touchdowns, 607 receptions for 5,489 yards, and 32 receiving touchdowns. He also boasts four Grey Cup championship titles.
Beyond his playing career, Harris has taken on coaching responsibilities, serving as the head of football operations for the Vancouver Island Raiders junior squad in 2023 and assuming head coaching duties for the upcoming season.
