The joint venture has unveiled its first set of comprehensive battery swapping stations, marking a crucial step in fostering a sustainable transportation ecosystem. This innovative system is designed to cater to diverse scenarios, with swapping times ranging from 1.5 to 4 minutes, ensuring minimal downtime for users. The stations’ innovative lever-type design allows for rapid deployment within 48 hours, making them readily available for immediate use. The integrated solution encompasses various components, including: integrated DC dual-head charging stations, low-voltage DC chargers, combined battery swapping units for mining and transportation equipment, MINI battery swapping stations, and 800-series battery swapping stations.
These products leverage a new generation of CTB battery technology, highlighting technological advancements that enhance energy density by over 25%. This improvement not only optimizes performance but also ensures compatibility across a wide range of power demands, ranging from 20 kW to 400 kW.
The joint venture between XCMG and ENNEAGON, established at the end of January 2024, has achieved remarkable progress, reaching mass production within a mere five months. The highly automated production line seamlessly integrates various manufacturing phases, guaranteeing that each unit meets the highest industry quality standards.
