Zerova Technologies Showcases Cutting-Edge EV Charging Solutions at ICNC 24 in Berlin

Zerova Technologies, a subsidiary of Phihong Technology, is actively expanding its international presence and will be showcasing its innovative charging technologies and solutions at the ICNC 24 (Intercharge Network Conference 24) in Berlin on September 2nd and 3rd. This participation marks a significant step in Zerova’s strategy to strengthen its foothold in the European market. The ICNC 24 is one of the most prestigious events in the electric vehicle (EV) charging sector, bringing together key players, thought leaders, and innovators from around the world to discuss the future of charging infrastructure.

The European market is experiencing a significant increase in demand for EV charging infrastructure. According to market research firm Bloomberg, the EU is expected to add 200,000 public charging stations per year over the next two years, aiming to reach a target of one million stations by 2025. Zerova is responding to this growing demand and the European strategy for electrifying heavy vehicles by showcasing its most impressive product of the year at ICNC 24: the DQ480 – the pinnacle of fast charging.

The DQ480 delivers up to 480 kW of power, offering a superior fast charging experience. It features optional 21.5-inch screens for enhanced visibility, a 7-inch screen for transparent public charging operations, or a 7 or 10-inch screen suitable for fleet applications. The DQ480 also boasts innovative cable management systems on the swivel arm for enhanced user comfort. For further customization, users can choose from two liquid-cooled charging connectors and two air-cooled charging connectors. There are four layout options and two cooling systems available, providing flexibility for diverse applications.

The DQ480’s two 500-amp liquid-cooled guns offer higher output power, shorter charging times, and superior cooling efficiency. The thinner and lighter cables enhance user experience. The 300-amp air-cooled guns feature a boost mode that temporarily increases output power during peak hours.

Designed to set new standards in EV charging, the DQ480 480 kW DC stand-alone charger can simultaneously charge four vehicles with its four charging guns, providing a cost-effective solution with lower average installation costs per vehicle. Its compact and efficient design makes it ideal for space-constrained urban environments, such as fleet depots, high-traffic gas stations, commercial buildings, and shopping malls. The sleek, geometric design of the DQ480, with its minimalist aesthetic, further enhances its appeal in these environments.

Beyond the DQ480, Zerova will showcase other products at ICNC 24, including the DM30 kW DC mobile charger. This portable EV charger delivers up to 30 kW of charging power, offering convenience and flexibility for on-the-go charging.

For Zerova Technologies, participation in this conference presents a strategic opportunity not only to showcase its cutting-edge solutions but also to engage with industry stakeholders, forge new partnerships, and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and market demands in the European region. By presenting its latest innovations on such a prominent platform, Zerova positions itself at the forefront of the industry, reinforcing its commitment to promoting the transition to sustainable transportation worldwide.
