Cambodia Angkor Air (K6), the flag carrier of Cambodia, has announced the launch of direct flights between Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and Delhi, India, starting June 16th, 2024. This new four-times-a-week service provides convenient access between the two vibrant capitals, fostering stronger regional connectivity and opening up opportunities for exploring the rich cultural heritage of both destinations. Travelers can now easily discover the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and the historical landmarks of Delhi.
Dr. David Yuhong Zhan, Vice Chairman and CEO of Cambodia Angkor Air (K6), expressed his enthusiasm about the new route, stating, “We are excited to launch direct flights between Phnom Penh and Delhi, providing greater convenience and connectivity.” This initiative is in line with Cambodia Angkor Air’s vision to strengthen ties between India and Cambodia, facilitating business travel, tourism, and cultural exchange.
Beyond the Phnom Penh-Delhi route, Cambodia Angkor Air (K6) has plans to expand its network further, connecting travelers to other key regional destinations. Passengers flying from Delhi will have the opportunity to connect to other Asian flights, while Delhi will serve as a gateway between Cambodia and the Middle East, Europe, and Africa for Cambodia Angkor Air.
