Crystal Cruise has also expanded its global trade sales teams across key regions. In North America, Margaret Thwaites has been appointed as the new Southeast Regional Sales Director, bringing over two decades of experience and a proven track record in sales and customer relations. Additionally, a new team of Business Development Specialists will support travel advisors and Regional Sales Directors, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.

In response to Crystal’s focus on growth in the UK and across Europe, the brand has promoted Stephen Joyner to Senior Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland. Joyner will concentrate on expanding trade distribution and commercial reach while strengthening support for trade partners. The team has also welcomed Giorgio Costa as Regional Sales Manager for Europe, a seasoned cruise sales leader specializing in key markets including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Turkey.

To drive growth and engagement in the Asia-Pacific region, Evon Ler has been named the new Sales Director. Ler’s extensive industry experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in achieving these goals.
