Korean Air is set to introduce scheduled charter flights to Lisbon, Portugal, from September 11 to October 25. The airline will operate flights three times a week—on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays—from Seoul Incheon to Lisbon, totaling 20 round trips over the two-month period, using their Boeing 787-9 fleet. These flights represent the only direct service connecting Northeast Asia with Lisbon. Previously, travelers needed to either connect through neighboring European countries like France and Spain or continue their journey via ground transportation after reaching Europe. The introduction of these direct flights will simplify travel to Lisbon and its surrounding areas, enhancing accessibility for tourists and cultural enthusiasts alike.
