Pearson VUE, the official administrator of the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) in India, has announced the release of the results for the 2024 exam. The scorecards are now available online at lsatindia.in, providing candidates with their scaled scores and percentile ranks.
The LSAT, which was conducted from May 16-19 in multiple sessions, evaluates candidates’ analytical and logical reasoning skills, as well as their reading comprehension. Unlike many other entrance exams, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers in the LSAT, which featured a total of 92 questions.
Candidates can access their LSAT results by following these steps:
1. Visit the Pearson VUE official website, lsatindia.in
2. Click on the LSAT 2024 result link
3. Log in using the LSAT registration number and password
4. The LSAT scorecard will be displayed, allowing candidates to check their marks and download the scorecard for future reference
The LSAT percentile rank indicates the percentage of candidates scoring lower than the highest scorer within the same administration. However, percentiles cannot be compared across different law programmes.
LSAT scores are recognized by various prestigious law colleges across India, including BITS Law School, Jindal Global Law School, and University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, among others. While LSAT India scores remain valid for five years, candidates are advised to review individual college admission policies regarding LSAT acceptance.
Additionally, Pearson VUE facilitates the dissemination of LSAT scores to affiliated law colleges, ensuring a seamless admission process for aspiring law professionals.
